Shoshannah has over 25 years of experience as an administrative and legal assistant as well as a law clerk. She has worked for some of the top Bay Street firms. Shoshannah joined Marie G. Michaels & Associates as our administrative assistant/office manager and is responsible for new client intake, client billing, accounts payable and receivable, and all matters of an administrative nature.
While her main function is as an administrator, Shoshannah is also responsible for preparation and filing of all documents required for uncontested divorce, preparation of draft wills and powers of attorney, preparation of corporate documents needed for real estate matters as well as simple incorporations and corporate annual filings.
Shoshannah celebrated her 1 year anniversary with the firm on April 25, 2019 and has already made herself an invaluable member of the Marie G. Michaels & Associates team!
